Sarah Bernhardt's multi-disciplinary work explores photography, alternative printmaking processes, painting, video, and installation. Her work is currently focused on processing places of belonging for the community in local redevelopment projects including LRA lots in South City. Sarah Bernhardt is a St. Louis based artist, community activist, and lecturer at the University of Missouri St. Louis. She founded, and directs the non-profit Intersect Arts Center, a place of belonging for creativity and community. Sarah holds an MFA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from Concordia University, Wisconsin.
